Customers wishing to use the service should inform the staff at the SPA counter on the 4th floor of the main building.
Guests staying overnight are required to present their room key, while children using the day spa are required to present their shoe locker key.

​The "Grand view sauna "and "ICE DOME," which are normally closed, will be specially opened from 5:00 AM to 8:00 AM only during the summer holidays. This special event allows you to leisurely experience the panoramic sauna with a view of Maihama Resort and the cool and comfortable ICE DOME in the quiet morning hours. Start your summer holidays off right with a sauna session. Be sure to enjoy this special morning time, available only during this period.
