Health

The following people are not permitted to enter the museum:

* Those who have been prohibited from bathing by a doctor
*Those with or suspected of having an infectious disease
*Those with diarrhea
* People who are extremely drunk
*People wearing diapers
*People who are menstruating
* Those who are not feeling well

Bathing etiquette

Please use the bathroom naked. Please refrain from wearing swimwear or towels. Bath covers are permitted.

Please do not dive, swim, or jump into the bathroom.

Please be quiet in the saunas and rock baths other than the rock bath DANRAN on the 5th floor.

Please refrain from doing anything other than bathing, such as washing clothes or dyeing your hair.

Please refrain from intentionally soiling the bathroom.

Before bathing, rinse your body with water or take a shower.

Any behavior that causes inconvenience to others, reserving or monopolizing space with luggage, etc. is prohibited.
When using the locker, please do not get anything caught in the door as this may cause trouble with neighboring users.

You cannot take a bath while wearing tape, bandages, or medicated patches.

Do not use tanning oils. This is only permitted when using a tanning bed, but please wash them off immediately after use before bathing.

Please do not bring towels, hand towels, toiletries, toys, etc. into the bathtub.

Safety

Please do not run anywhere in the building, including the bathroom.

Admission may be restricted or operations may be suspended due to changes in weather, earthquakes, fires, accidents, etc.

In the event of a disaster or accident, please act promptly and follow the instructions of staff.

Please use lockers or other facilities to store your luggage and take responsibility for your own safety.

Please refrain from wearing jewelry when using the hot stone bath or sauna as there is a risk of burns.

Please refrain from wearing sunglasses or precious metals while bathing, as this may result in accidents, deformation, or burns.

Please do not use cell phones, cameras or other electronic devices in the bathroom, toilet, changing room, etc.

When taking photos in public places, please be considerate of those around you in order to protect personal information.

Children under the age of 3 are not permitted in the spa area on the 4th floor.

Children under elementary school age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over. Parents must keep an eye on their children while they are using the facility.

Due to regulations, there are time restrictions on use by minors only.
(Under 18 years old until 10pm, under 16 years old until 6pm)

Children aged 7 or over, or children aged 6 or under who are over 120cm tall, will not be allowed to enter the gender-neutral changing rooms or bathrooms.

Please refrain from bathing after drinking alcohol as it may be harmful to your health.

About bringing in items

Bringing in any food or drink other than those purchased within the building is prohibited.

In accordance with instructions from authorities, please refrain from bringing food or drinks into the bathroom.
Please do not bring in dangerous items (glass products, metal/knives, explosives) or pets or other animals.

Please do not bring towels, hand towels, toiletries, toys, etc. into the bathtub.

Please refrain from bringing in anything that emits a strong odor.

Even if an item is not listed in these terms and conditions, staff may refuse to allow it to be brought in at their discretion depending on the situation.

Please manage your baggage at your own risk.

*We do not guarantee against loss, theft, or damage.

About tattoos and fashion tattoos

You may enter the spa by purchasing the special stickers (10cm x 15cm) sold at the spa counter if your area can be covered with no more than four stickers (you cannot bring your own stickers). However, anyone whose area exceeds this limit will be denied entry under any circumstances.

*If you are found or reported inside the building, you will be required to pay the admission fee and usage fee and will be promptly removed from the building.
*We do not guarantee any refunds.

If you have body paint or stickers, please remove them before entering the facility.

Other notes

We will refuse use to members of anti-social forces or those considered to be affiliated with them, as well as those who have engaged in behavior that causes inconvenience to other customers.
Additionally, anyone who does not follow the instructions of staff, commits significant slander or libel against staff, or engages in behavior that appears to be disruptive to business, or any other behavior that the facility deems to be such, will be asked to leave the facility immediately.
*We do not guarantee any refunds or refunds. Furthermore, we will also refuse future use of the service.

Please be careful not to lose your wristband. If you lose it, please come to the spa front desk on the 3rd floor immediately.
If you lose your wristband, it may be misused and you may be responsible for any misuse.
・For compensation for lost items, we will charge 3,000 yen for the replacement of wristbands and locker cylinders.
Please note that we cannot refund any lost items after you have left the facility.

Drinking alcohol by drivers, drinking by minors, and smoking are strictly prohibited.

We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or thefts that occur within the facility or parking lot.
