Accommodation Terms and Conditions
Article 1 (Scope of Application)
1. Contracts for Accommodation and related agreements to be concluded between this Hotel and the Guest to be accommodated shall be subject to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, and any particulars not provided for herein shall be governed by laws and regulations and/or generally accepted practices.
2. In the event that the Hotel has entered into a special contract with a Guest insofar as such special contract does not violate laws and regulations and generally accepted practices, notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding Paragraph, the special contract shall take precedence over the provisions of the preceding Paragraph.
Article 2 (Application for Accommodation Contract)
1. A Guest who intends to apply for an Accommodation Contract with the Hotel shall provide the Hotel with the following particulars:
(1) Name of guest
(2) Date of stay and estimated time of arrival
(3) Accommodation fees (in principle, based on the basic accommodation fees set forth in Schedule 1).
(4) a. Applicant and their contact details b. Name and contact details of person paying the accommodation fee
(5) Any other particulars deemed necessary by the Hotel.
2. In the event that the Guest requests, during his/her stay, to extend his/her stay beyond the date specified in subparagraph (2) of the preceding Paragraph, the Hotel shall treat such request as if he/she had made an application for a new Accommodation Contract at the time such request was made.
Article 3 (Conclusion of Accommodation Contracts, etc.)
1. An Accommodation Contract shall be deemed to have been concluded when the Hotel accepts the application stipulated in the preceding Article. However, this shall not apply if the Hotel proves that it did not accept the application.
2. When an Accommodation Contract has been concluded in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, an application fee set by the Hotel, limited to the basic accommodation charges for the period of stay (if it exceeds 3 days, for a period of 3 days), shall be paid by the date specified by the Hotel.
3. The application fee shall first be applied to the accommodation fee to be paid in full by the guest, and in the event of a situation to which the provisions of Articles 6 and 18 apply, it shall be applied in the order of penalty charges and compensation, and the remainder, if any, shall be refunded at the time of payment of the accommodation fee pursuant to the provisions of Article 12.
4. If the application fee set forth in Paragraph 2 is not paid by the date specified by the Hotel pursuant to the provisions of the same Paragraph, the Accommodation Contract shall become invalid. However, this shall only apply if the Hotel so notifies the Guest when specifying the due date for payment of the application fee.
Article 4 (Special agreements waiving the application fee)
1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the preceding Article, the Hotel may enter into a special contract requiring no accommodation deposit after the Contract has been concluded.
2. In the event that the Hotel has not requested the payment of the application fee stipulated in Paragraph 2 of the preceding Article and/or has not specified the due date for payment of the application fee at the time of accepting the application for an Accommodation Contract, it shall be treated as having accepted the special contract stipulated in the preceding Paragraph.
Article 5 (Refusal to conclude an accommodation contract)
1. The Hotel may refuse to enter into an Accommodation Contract in any of the following cases:
(1) When the application for accommodation does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
(2) When the Hotel is fully booked and there are no rooms available.
(3) When the Guest seeking accommodation is deemed liable to conduct himself or herself in a manner that will violate the laws, public order or good morals in relation to his or her accommodation.
(4) When the person seeking accommodation is deemed to fall under any of the following items (a) to (c):
a. Organized crime groups as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 2 of the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members (Act No. 77 of 1991) (hereinafter referred to as "organized crime groups"), organized crime group members as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 6 of the same Act (hereinafter referred to as "organized crime group members"), quasi-members of organized crime groups or persons related to organized crime groups, and other anti-social forces.
(b) When a corporation or other organization whose business activities are controlled by an organized crime group or its members.
(c) A corporation in which any of its officers is a member of an organized crime group.
(5) When a person seeking accommodation behaves in a manner that causes significant inconvenience to other guests.
(6) When the person seeking accommodation can be clearly detected as carrying an infectious disease.
(7) When the Guest makes violent demands or is asked to assume an unreasonable burden in relation to his/her accommodation.
(8) When the Hotel is unable to provide accommodation due to natural disasters, malfunction of facilities, or other unavoidable reasons.
(9) When the person seeking accommodation is intoxicated and is deemed to be causing significant inconvenience to other guests (Article 15 of the Chiba Prefecture Hotel and Inn Business Law Enforcement Ordinance).
(10) When the Guest has engaged in violence, intimidation, blackmail, or coercive unreasonable demands against the Hotel or the Hotel staff (employees), or when the Guest has demanded an unreasonable burden from the Hotel, or when it is deemed that the Guest has engaged in similar conduct in the past.
Article 6 (Guest's Right to Cancel Accommodation Contract)
1. The Guest may cancel the Accommodation Contract by notifying the Hotel.
2. In the event that the Guest cancels the Accommodation Contract in whole or in part due to reasons attributable to the Guest (except in the case where the Hotel has specified a due date for the application fee and requested payment pursuant to the provisions of Article 3, Paragraph 2 and the Guest has canceled the Accommodation Contract prior to payment), the Hotel shall charge a penalty as listed in Attached Table 2. However, in the event that the Hotel has accepted a special contract as set forth in Article 4, Paragraph 1, this shall apply only if the Guest has been notified of the obligation to pay the penalty for cancellation of the Accommodation Contract when accepting such special contract.
3. If the Guest does not arrive by 8:00 p.m. on the day of accommodation without contacting the Hotel (or by two hours after the expected arrival time if the Guest has specified such time in advance), the Hotel may consider the Accommodation Contract to have been cancelled by the Guest.
Article 7 (Hotel's Right to Cancel Contract)
1. The Hotel may cancel the Accommodation Contract in any of the following cases:
(1) When the Guest is deemed liable to conduct himself or herself in a manner that will violate the laws, regulations, public order or good morals in relation to his or her accommodation, or when the Guest is deemed to have conducted himself or herself in such a manner.
(2) When the Guest is deemed to fall under any of the following items (a) to (c):
A. Organized crime groups, members of organized crime groups, associate members of organized crime groups, or people related to organized crime groups or other anti-social forces
B. When a corporation or other organization whose business activities are controlled by an organized crime group or its members.
C. A corporation in which any of its officers is a member of an organized crime group.
(3) When the guest behaves in a manner that causes significant inconvenience to other guests.
(4) When the Guest can be clearly detected as carrying an infectious disease.
(5) When violent demands are made regarding the accommodation or an unreasonable burden is requested.
(6) When the Hotel is unable to provide accommodation due to a force majeure event such as a natural disaster.
(7) When the person seeking accommodation is intoxicated and is deemed to be causing significant inconvenience to other guests (Article 15 of the Chiba Prefecture Hotel and Inn Business Law Enforcement Ordinance).
(8) When the Guest smokes in bed, tampers with fire-fighting equipment, or fails to comply with any of the prohibited actions set forth in the Usage Regulations stipulated by the Hotel (limited to those necessary for fire prevention purposes).
(9) When the Guest smokes in any area other than the designated smoking areas by the Hotel.
(10) When the Guest has engaged in violence, threats, extortion, or intimidating unreasonable demands against the accommodation facility or the accommodation facility staff (employees), or when the Guest has demanded an unreasonable burden, or when it is deemed that the Guest has engaged in similar conduct.
2. When the Hotel has cancelled the Accommodation Contract in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the Hotel shall not charge the Guest any fees for any accommodation services, etc. that he/she has not yet received.
Article 8 (Accommodation Registration)
1. The Guest will be required to register the following particulars at the front desk of the Hotel on the day of accommodation:
(1) The guest’s name, age, sex, address, telephone number, and occupation
(2) For foreigners, nationality, passport number, place of entry and date of entry, passport copy
(3) Departure date and scheduled departure time
(4) Name, age, and gender of accompanying person
(5) Any other particulars deemed necessary by the Hotel.
2. If the Guest intends to pay the charges stipulated in Article 12 by any means other than Japanese currency, such as traveller's cheques, accommodation vouchers or credit card, these shall be presented in advance at the time of registration stipulated in the preceding paragraph.
Article 9 (Guest Room Occupancy Hours)
1. Guests may use the guest rooms of our Hotel from 3:00 PM to 10:00 AM the following day. However, in the case of consecutive stays, guests may use the rooms all day except on the days of arrival and departure. However, even after 3:00 PM, when the guest rooms are available for use, we may ask you to wait due to room maintenance, etc.
2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the Hotel may permit the Guest to occupy the room outside the hours specified in the same paragraph. In such cases, the following additional charges will be charged.
(1) Until 3:00 p.m., 30% of the room rate
(2) Until 5:00 p.m., 50% of the room rate
(3) After 5:00 p.m., 100% of the room rate
Article 10 (Compliance with Terms of Use)
Guests are required to observe the Hotel Rules and Regulations established by the Hotel and posted within the Hotel.
Article 11 (Business Hours)
1. The opening hours of the main facilities of the Hotel shall be as follows. Detailed opening hours of other facilities shall be provided in the pamphlets provided, on notices posted in various locations, in the guest room information, etc.
2. The hours set out in the preceding paragraph may be subject to temporary changes due to unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you by appropriate means.
Article 12 (Payment of Fees)
1. The breakdown of the accommodation fees, etc. to be paid by the guest shall be as set forth in Schedule 1.
2. Payment of accommodation fees, etc. as set forth in the preceding paragraph shall be made at the front desk by currency or by any other means acceptable to the Hotel, such as travellers' cheques, accommodation vouchers or credit cards, at the time of the Guest's arrival or departure or upon request by the Hotel.
3. Accommodation charges shall be charged even if the Guest voluntarily does not utilize the accommodation facility after it has been provided and made available for use by the Hotel.
Article 13 (Liabilities of the Hotel)
1. The Hotel shall compensate the Guest for damages caused to the Guest in the fulfillment or nonfulfillment of the Accommodation Contract and related agreements, unless such damages are due to reasons not attributable to the Hotel.
2. Our hotel endeavors to maintain disaster prevention facilities, including undergoing inspections and checks by fire departments in accordance with fire safety laws and regulations, and takes other thorough measures. In order to deal with the unlikely event of a fire, etc., we have taken out hotel liability insurance.
Article 14 (Handling when contracted rooms cannot be provided)
1. When the Hotel is unable to provide a contracted room to a Guest, it will, with the Guest's consent, arrange accommodation of the same standard elsewhere where possible, except in cases where this is difficult due to natural disasters or other reasons.
2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if the Hotel is unable to arrange other accommodation for the Guest, the Hotel shall pay the Guest a compensation fee equivalent to the penalty charges, which shall be applied to the amount of damages. However, if the Hotel is not liable for the inability to provide a room, the Hotel shall not pay a compensation fee.
Article 15 (Handling of Deposited Items)
1. In the event that loss, breakage or other damage occurs to goods, cash or valuables deposited by the Guest at the Front Desk, the Hotel shall compensate for such damage, except in cases where such loss or damage is due to acts of God. However, in the case of cash and valuables, if the Hotel requests the Guest to disclose the type and value of such items and the Guest fails to do so, the Hotel shall compensate for such damage up to a maximum of 150,000 yen.
2. The Hotel shall compensate for any damages incurred by a Guest to goods, cash or valuables brought into the Hotel that are lost, broken or otherwise damaged due to the Hotel's willful misconduct or negligence. However, for items for which the Guest has not previously notified the Hotel of the type and value, the Hotel shall compensate for such damages up to a maximum of 150,000 yen, except in cases where the damage is due to the Hotel's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 16 (Custody of Guest's Baggage or Belongings)
1. When the baggage of the Guest is brought into the Hotel prior to his/her arrival, the Hotel shall be liable to store it only in the case where the Hotel has agreed in advance to such arrival and shall hand it over to the Guest at the Front Desk at the time of his/her check-in.
2. If a guest's baggage or belongings are found left behind at the hotel after check-out and the owner is identified, the hotel will contact the owner and ask for instructions. However, if there is no instruction from the owner or the owner is unknown, large quantities of inexpensive items such as umbrellas, handkerchiefs, clothing, and footwear will be disposed of after 90 days. Other items, cash, items containing personal information, and valuables will be handled in accordance with the Lost Property Act.
3. The Hotel's liability regarding the custody of the Guest's baggage and belongings in the cases of the preceding two Paragraphs shall be in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 1 of the preceding Article in the case of Paragraph 1, and with the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article in the case of the preceding Paragraph.
Article 17 (Parking Responsibility)
When a guest uses the hotel's parking lot, the hotel is merely lending the space and is not responsible for the management of the vehicle, regardless of whether the key to the vehicle has been deposited with the hotel. However, if the hotel causes damage through intentional or negligent acts on the part of the hotel in managing the parking lot, the hotel will be liable for compensation.
Article 18 (Guest Liability)
In the event that the Hotel suffers damage due to intentional or negligent acts on the part of the Guest, the Guest shall compensate the Hotel for such damage.
Article 19 (Disaster Prevention Measures)
Please cooperate in preventing disasters such as fires and earthquakes, and in the event of an emergency, please follow the instructions of staff and respond calmly. Also, in preparation for unforeseen circumstances, please check in advance the emergency exits, fire extinguishing equipment, evacuation methods, etc.
Article 20 (Exclusion of Organized Crime Groups)
1. The Hotel shall refuse to enter into or cancel the Accommodation Contract in any of the following cases:
2. If the User is a member of an organized crime group, a member of an organized crime group, a company or organization related to an organized crime group or a related party thereof, or any other anti-social force.
3. Corporations and other organizations in which organized crime groups or members of organized crime groups conduct business activities.
4. A corporation that has an officer who is a member of an organized crime group.
5. If you behave in a way that causes significant inconvenience to other guests.
6. If the Guest makes violent demands or makes unreasonable demands on the Hotel or its employees.

Usage rules
In order to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for our guests, our hotel has established the following rules of use (hereinafter referred to as "these Rules") in accordance with Article 10 of the Accommodation Contract. We ask for your cooperation in adhering to these rules. If you do not abide by these rules, we will refuse you use of the hotel's facilities (defined in paragraph 1). Please also note that we may hold you responsible for any accidents that occur as a result of your failure to abide by these rules.
1. Scope
These rules apply to all visitors using all facilities of the Hotel (including accommodations, restaurants, lobbies, parking lots, grounds, etc.; hereinafter collectively referred to as "Hotel Facilities"). In addition to these rules, guests staying at the Hotel (hereinafter referred to as "Guests") will also be subject to the accommodation terms and conditions established by the Hotel (hereinafter referred to as "Accommodation Terms and Conditions").
2. Safety and security precautions
1. Please be sure to check the evacuation route map displayed on the inside of each guest room door.
2. Please make sure to lock your room when you leave it during your stay. (Guest rooms are automatically locked.)
3. Please lock the door from the inside and use the door hook during your stay, especially when you go to bed. If you have a visitor, please leave the door hook locked when opening the door or check through the door scope. If you have any suspicious behavior, please contact the front desk.
4. Please refrain from allowing anyone other than registered guests to stay at the hotel, and from meeting with outside visitors in your room.
5. Please refrain from visiting the restaurant and spa after their opening hours.
6. Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel, so please refrain from smoking anywhere other than designated smoking areas.
7. Please refrain from bringing in and using any open flames (apparatus) for heating, cooking, etc. into the guest rooms.
8. Please refrain from any other actions that may cause a fire.
9. Please do not enter facilities not intended for customers, such as the back yard, emergency stairs, or machine room.
10. The windows in the guest rooms cannot be opened.
3. Handling of valuables and items kept in our care
1. Please deposit cash and other valuables at the front desk. The hotel will not be held responsible for any theft or loss of valuables left in other locations.
Please use the safes and coin lockers in your guest room at your own risk.
2. Unless otherwise specified, lost items will be stored for 90 days from the date of receipt (or discovery), after which we will follow the procedures prescribed by law.
(However, Article 16, Paragraphs 2 and 3 of the "Accommodation Terms and Conditions" shall apply to guests.)
4. Payment
1. Full payment of the accommodation fee will be required upon arrival.
2. Please note that we cannot accept payment or exchange with checks other than traveler's checks.
3. We will not pay for air tickets, train tickets, bus tickets, or taxi fares.
4. When signing for a meal at a restaurant or other establishment within the hotel, please be sure to present your room key (card key).
5. Payment of the fee shall be made in full upon arrival by currency or a credit card accepted by the Hotel. However, if the total amount spent during your stay exceeds 100,000 yen, you will be asked to settle the amount each time.
6. In addition to the applicable tax, we will add a 10% service charge to your bill. We also ask that you please refrain from giving tips to our staff.
7. If you wish to change the number of nights you have booked, please contact the front desk in advance. If you wish to extend your stay, please pay for the number of nights you have already stayed.
5. Prohibition of use of facilities by anti-social forces
The following groups and individuals will be refused use of the hotel's facilities. Furthermore, if the fact that any of the following groups or individuals is discovered after a reservation has been made at the hotel or while they are currently using the facility, the hotel will refuse all use of the facility from that point onwards.
a. Organized crime groups as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 2 of the "Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members" (Act No. 77 of 1991) (hereinafter referred to as "organized crime groups"), organized crime group members as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 6 of the same Act (hereinafter referred to as "organized crime group members"), quasi-members of organized crime groups or persons related to organized crime groups, and other anti-social forces.
(b) When the business activities of a corporation or other organization are controlled by a criminal organization or a member of a criminal organization.
(c) A corporation in which any of its officers is a member of an organized crime group.
2. When assault, injury, threats, extortion, intimidating unreasonable demands, or similar acts are recognized.
6. Actions we ask you to refrain from
1. Please do not bring any items into the hotel facilities that may cause inconvenience to other guests.
B. All animals and pets, including dogs, cats, and small birds (excluding guide dogs and service dogs).
B. Explosives, volatile oils, and other dangerous products that are easily ignited or ignite.
C. Items that emit a foul or strong odor.
2. Guns, swords, narcotics, and other drugs that are prohibited by law.
E. An extremely large amount of luggage and goods.
F. Other items the possession of which is prohibited by law.
2. Please do not use the guest rooms or lobby for commercial purposes.
3. Unauthorized sales of goods and distribution of advertising or promotional materials are prohibited within the hotel facilities.
4. Please refrain from using photographs taken within the hotel facilities for commercial purposes without permission, as this may result in legal action.
5. Please refrain from leaving personal belongings in the hallways or lobby. (If personal belongings are left unattended for an extended period of time, we may store them and inspect their contents.)
6. Please refrain from gambling or any other behavior that disrupts public morals or peace within the hotel facilities, or any behavior that causes inconvenience or discomfort to other guests.
7. Shouting, singing loudly, or engaging in any other noisy behavior that may cause inconvenience to other guests within the hotel facilities.
8. We do not accept food or drink orders from outside.
9. Please refrain from hanging items in the windows, displaying items by the windows, or any other actions that may spoil the appearance of the property.
10. Please refrain from going out to the lobby, restaurant, or fitness gym in nightwear, pajamas, underwear, slippers, etc.
11. We will not allow anyone other than registered guests to stay at the hotel.
12. Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel, so please refrain from smoking anywhere other than designated smoking areas.
13. Minors are not permitted to stay alone without parental permission.
14. If a guest is unable to ensure his or her own safety due to physical or mental weakness, loss of composure due to drugs, etc., or if it is deemed that the guest may cause fear or anxiety to other guests, the hotel will refuse to allow the guest to use the hotel.
15. When using the facilities and equipment within the Hotel, please refrain from using them for any purpose other than their intended use in the designated areas.
16. If you damage, pollute or lose any buildings, equipment or other items, whether intentional or not, you may be required to pay a reasonable amount of compensation.
17. If buildings, equipment, or other items are damaged, contaminated, or lost due to reasons other than force majeure, you may be required to pay a reasonable amount of compensation.
18. Except in an emergency, entry to emergency stairs, rooftops, towers, machine rooms, etc. is prohibited.
19. Any other conduct that the Hotel deems inappropriate.
