Grand view sauna

This observation sauna boasts one of the largest opening areas in Japan, offering a panoramic view of Maihama Resort and the city center. It is available for both men and women.
DANRAN
(approx. 50℃)
The radiant heat emanating from the walls, floor, and benches will gently warm your body from the inside out. You can relax while enjoying conversation and company.
MEISOU
(approx. 30℃)
A room where you can relax quietly at a lukewarm temperature. Images projected on the ceiling will transport you to another dimension.
SALT BRICK
(approx. 50℃)
Himalayan salt, rich in natural minerals, is heated to warm the body from the inside out.
The rock salt on the walls glows softly, making this a bedrock bath that is soothing to the eyes as well.
ICE DOME

After warming up thoroughly in Grand view sauna, your body will cool down quickly.

This room receives a good balance of light and heat. It is said that changing colors have various effects on the mind and body, such as "blue" that induces deep sleep, "red" that helps produce collagen, and "orange" that stimulates appetite.

MIKAGE
(about 40℃)

This is a room where you can do hot yoga or stretching by yourself while watching videos.

KAMAKURA
(about 10℃)

After you have finished relaxing in each bedrock bath, you can cool down in this room, which will tighten your skin.
