Notice regarding facility safety management

Since our opening, our facility has operated under the motto of "safety, security, and peace of mind," with the goal of providing guests with a truly relaxing and soothing experience. The hot spring contains methane gas, commonly known as "natural gas." Our facility uses a gas separator to separate the hot spring from the natural gas, but this device is installed outdoors along with the hot spring pump. Our system, from pumping the hot spring water to processing, is entirely outdoors. Even in the unlikely event of a gas leak, the gas is released into the atmosphere, eliminating the risk of it entering the facility. We undergo fire department inspections, conduct regular regular inspections, and pay meticulous attention to safety. Our system is designed to provide our guests with peace of mind, so please rest assured.
