[Terms of Use]

  1. Rabies vaccination must be administered once a year, and combined vaccination must be administered within the last year.
  1. Rabies vaccinations are required by law once a year, so please be sure to get vaccinated before visiting us.
  2. Annual vaccination (antibody testing) is a preventative measure to protect your dog from infectious diseases and to prevent it from becoming a source of infection. Please be aware that we have many dogs coming and going, so we ask that you vaccinate your dog accordingly. If any damage occurs to our store or a third party (such as an infectious disease) due to incorrect information provided by a customer (falsehood, illegal activity, etc.), we will fully compensate both our store and the third party who suffered the damage.
  3. For puppies aged 6 months, please wait 1-2 weeks (follow your veterinarian's instructions) after they have received their rabies vaccination and three doses of combination vaccine before having them groomed.
  4. Flea, tick and heartworm prevention
  5. If your dog has a large number of fleas, mites, heartworms, etc., we will refuse entry. If we find any infestations during grooming, we may stop the treatment and return the dog to its original location. In such cases, we will charge you for the grooming fee up to that point. In addition, as there is a risk of the dog infesting other dogs, we will close the store and charge you a separate fee for infestation removal, cleaning, and disinfection of the store.
  6. Must be in a healthy condition to undergo treatment and be able to be looked after
  1. For senior dogs (we consider them to be 10 years old or older), we ask that you fill out and submit a health certificate from your pet's regular veterinarian.
  2. If we determine that your pet is suffering from or at risk of suffering from a serious illness, zoonotic disease, epilepsy, heart disease, or other serious disease, we will refuse to allow your pet to use our facility and ask that you have your pet treated at a veterinary hospital.
  3. If you are pregnant, we will decline your request out of consideration for your dog's physical and mental health.
  4. There are restrictions on body size.
  5. Width: 42cm, height: 37.7cm, length: 42.6cm. Body length is the distance from the end of the sternum to the end of the ischium, and length is the vertical distance from the ground to the top of the body.
  6. No aggression towards people or other dogs
  7. If your dog damages the kennel or other equipment or facilities at our facility while in our care, or if it injures other customers' pets, customers, staff, etc., we may ask you to pay the actual cost depending on the circumstances.
  8. Other terms of use
  1. If you are not satisfied with the results of the treatment (excluding changes to the cut content due to customer convenience), we will generally make corrections on the spot. However, if you contact us within 3 business days and visit us within 7 days of the treatment, we will make corrections free of charge. However, we cannot refund or discount the trimming fee.
  2. Please bring your dog's usual food (small portions) and treats.
  3. To prevent accidents, escapes, injuries, etc. when your dog is being left in our care or when you pick it up, please keep it on a leash or transport it in a carrier with a door.
