Due to the revision of the Animal Welfare Act from June 1, 2022, our rooms are now larger so that your beloved dog can relax.
Please measure your dog according to the diagram below.
We only accept dogs with dimensions of 42cm width, 37.7cm height, and 46.25cm length or less.
Please note that if your luggage exceeds the above size limits when you visit us, we will not be able to accept it.
<Body length and height>
Body length refers to the length from the end of the sternum to the end of the ischium, and withers height refers to the vertical distance from the ground to the top of the body.
